Vallarta Gay Clinic is excited to announce that we have added a new doctor to our staff, Dr. Edgarh Saldate. Dr. Saldate is a medical surgeon originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco. He has many years experience in urgent care. He worked for 18 years at Mexico’s Red Cross, most recently as medical sub-director in Guadalajara. He has been part of Mexican rescue brigades for several international disasters, such as the earthquake in Haiti in 2009 and the earthquake in Japan in 2011. In addition, he was part of the rescue operations after the Mexico City earthquake in 2017. Dr. Saldate’s research interests are in integrative and preventative health solutions, both emotional and physical, that promote healthier lifestyles. He is part of the LGBT Community, and has lived here in Puerto Vallarta since Spring 2023.
